Eligibility
We’re happy to offer an exchange or refund on items in mint condition — unworn, with tags attached, and in their original packaging.
Non-returnable Items
Socks, headbands, and all items purchased on sale are non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable.
Return Window
Items may be returned or exchanged within 15 days of purchase.
Processing Returns & Exchanges
Notification: You’ll receive an email once we’ve processed your return or exchange.
Processing Time: Allow 3–5 business days once the item is received.
How to Start a Return or Exchange
- Email us: returns@eosactivewear.com
- Prepare your item: Once we reply, pack the item securely.
- UAE Orders: A courier will arrange free collection.
- International Orders: You’re responsible for return shipping and costs. Use a trackable service. EOS Activewear is not responsible for lost shipments.

Refund Details
Refunds cover the price of the merchandise only, excluding shipping, customs, duties, taxes, or additional fees.
Refunds typically appear in your bank account within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
Sale Items
Items marked “Sale” are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
