Returns Eligibility

We are happy to offer a refund on items in mint condition—unworn, with the tag on, and in its original packaging.

  • Non-returnable Items: Socks, yoga mats, and swimwear due to hygiene concerns.
  • Return Window: Items can be returned within 15 days of purchase.

Processing Returns

  • Notification: You will be notified via email once your return is processed and your refund has been issued.
  • Processing Time: Allow 3-5 business days to process the return once it’s received.

Return Instructions

  • Start a Return: Email us at returns@eosactivewear.com.
  • Prepare Your Return: Once you receive our reply, prepare the items for return.
  • For UAE Orders: A courier will arrange free collection.
  • For International Orders: You are responsible for return shipment and cost. Use a shipping method with proof of delivery or tracking. EOS Activewear is not responsible for lost returns.

 

Refund Details

  • What Refunds Cover: Refunds will cover the price of the merchandise excluding all applicable shipping charges, customs, duties, taxes, or additional fees.
  • Processing Time: Refunds will be reflected in your bank account in approximately 5-10 business days, depending on your bank.

 

Final Sale Items

  • No Returns: Items marked "Final Sale" and sale items are non-refundable and cannot be returned.
