How do I place an order?
- Browse our collections and your favorite items
- Choose your size using our size guide and add the items to your cart.
- Click on PROCEED TO CHECKOUT from the cart drawer
- At the checkout page if you want to edit items you can do so by pressing on the top right cart icon
- Checkout as a guest, sign in, or create an account
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept all major credit cards, ApplePay, and Tabby - to split your total into 4 payments.
What size should I buy?
If you’re not quite sure which size is right for you, refer to our fit guide scale as well as our size guide. They’re located next to the available sizes for each of our products.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
We completely get it, we change our minds too! Once an order is placed, you can cancel or modify your order within 2 hours by contacting our team at info@eosactivewear.com
Should you miss this window, make sure to exchange for a preferred style or return for a refund.
Shipping, Returns & Exchanges
What are the delivery times for orders within the UAE?
For orders in Dubai and Sharjah, orders placed before noon typically arrive the same day. Orders placed after noon are delivered the next day.
How can I track my order?
You will receive a tracking link via email or SMS once your order has been dispatched. Use this link to check your delivery status in real time.
What is the shipping policy within the UAE?
We offer free shipping on orders above 500 AED. For orders below 500 AED, a standard shipping fee of 25 AED applies.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we offer international shipping with DHL. Enjoy free shipping on orders above 1000 AED, while a standard shipping fee of 80 AED applies to orders below 1000 AED. Delivery typically takes 3-7 days. Please note that customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply and are the customer’s responsibility.
What about customs and duties?
All duties and custom charges are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
What is your return policy?
Items can be returned within 15 days in mint condition—unworn, with tags on, and in original packaging. Non-returnable items include socks, yoga mats, and swimwear due to hygiene concerns.
How do I initiate a return?
Start your return by emailing returns@eosactivewear.com. For UAE orders, a courier will contact you to arrange a free collection. For international orders, you are responsible for the return shipment and cost.
All items on sale are non-refundable and cannot be returned.
