Ordering and Payments

  1. How do I place an order? Simply select your favorite items, choose your size using our size guide, and add them to your cart. Proceed to checkout, fill in your shipping details, and make the payment.
  2. What payment methods are accepted? We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and several other electronic payment methods.
  3. Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it? You can cancel or modify your order within 2 hours of placement by contacting our customer service at info@eosactivewear.com

Shipping and Delivery

  1. What are your shipping options within the UAE?
    • Same Day Delivery (Dubai & Sharjah): AED 25 for orders placed before 11:00 AM. Free for orders over AED 700.
    • Next Day Delivery (All UAE): AED 20 for orders placed before 3:00 PM. Free for orders over AED 500.
  2. Do you offer international shipping? Yes, we offer international shipping with DHL. Orders over USD 250 are shipped for free. For orders under USD 250, shipping charges are calculated at checkout. Delivery takes 3-5 working days, depending on customs clearance.
  3. What about customs and duties? All duties and custom charges are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Returns and Exchanges

  1. What is your return policy? Items can be returned within 15 days in mint condition—unworn, with tags on, and in original packaging. Non-returnable items include socks, yoga mats, and swimwear due to hygiene concerns.
  2. How do I initiate a return? Start your return by emailing returns@eosactivewear.com. For UAE orders, a courier will contact you to arrange a free collection. For international orders, you are responsible for the return shipment and cost.
  3. What items are considered final sale? All items marked "Final Sale" and sale items are non-refundable and cannot be returned.

  1. Where can I find sizing information? Check out our detailed size chart on each product page to find your perfect fit.
  2. How should I care for my EOS Activewear products? Most items should be machine washed cold with similar colors and laid flat to dry. Avoid bleach and ironing to preserve the quality of the fabric.
